If an item is found to be defective, please contact us first at [email protected], with your order number, and a picture of what is wrong with the item, if applicable. We will either refer you to the vendor directly for a solution or provide one ourselves. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, for *most* items we can take returns within 30 days if the item is in new and packaged condition. EXCEPTIONS may include bath and body items, items used in the kitchen, intimate items and more. 
Chat-Worthy cannot be held responsible for any reactions, allergies or sensitivities due to usage of our products. We will provide a complete ingredient list, but advise all of our customers to test any bath and body products on a small area of the skin first before usage on your body. 

In the event of a refund, shipping fees that were attached to your original order will not be refunded, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be the customer's responsibility. In the event of a defect, within 30 days we will provide a mailer for the customer to send the item back.
